Expo 2025 Osaka: Designing Future Society for Our Lives

Expo 2025 Osaka is set to take place from April 13 to October 13, 2025 on Yumeshima Island in Osaka, Japan. The event is expected to welcome over 28 million visitors, including 3.5 million from overseas, across 184 days.

At the heart of Expo 2025 Osaka is the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives." This vision is expressed through three subthemes:

Embracing the concept of a "People’s Living Lab," the exhibition serves as a testing ground for innovations that aim to build a sustainable and inclusive future. It is envisioned as a gateway to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and beyond, encouraging collaboration between technology, society, and the next generation of leaders.
